You may be aware that CISA is an international Information Technology Audit Certification awarded by ISACA, a Chicago, USA based organisation established in 1969. ISACA provides practical guidance, benchmarks and other effective tools for all enterprises that use information systems. Through its comprehensive guidance and services, ISACA defines the roles of information systems governance, security, audit and assurance professionals worldwide. The COBIT, Val IT and Risk IT governance frameworks and the CISA, CISM and CGEIT certifications are ISACA's brands (for certification) which are recognised globally and used by these professionals for the benefit of their enterprises.

CISA certification exam is conducted twice in one year by ISACA.
Computer Society of India (CSI), Nashik chapter, has successfully conducted one batch of CISA study circle in Nashik with an aim to prepare the interested candidates to face and clear the CISA certification exam. CSI Nashik chapter has planned to conduct the second batch of CISA study circle from January 2011, to prepare the candidates for the CISA certification exam that will be conducted in June 2011. These study circle classes will be conducted every Sunday from morning 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM. (Tea, snacks and lunch will be arranged on each training day). It will continue for about 16 to 20 Sundays till end of May 2011. The Study Circle activity will cover instructor led training on all the topics from CISA certification exam syllabus and it will also cover mock / practice tests of certification exam.
CISA study circle group will comprise of participants who are experienced in their particular field within the IT industry. Thus, one can benefit from the CFT (Cross functional team) with core domain knowledge sharing / discussion with other domain experts. This will help for win win situation for all the participants, which will finally help for stronger preparation for certification.
CSI, Nashik chapter will make the complete arrangement and execution of this study circle activity. The expert instructors will be arranged and invited from Pune / Mumbai on every Sunday from Jan 2011 to May 2011. These experts will share their knowledge on CISA subjects and guide the participants for CISA certification. There will be one time training cost of Rs. 9500 (for CSI members) and Rs. 10000 (for CSI non-members). This fees are payable by cheque / SS to CSI, Nashik Chapter.
